Spiritual Practices for Life
Combined Group // Sanctuary // Pastors Nelson & Christina
Psalm 42:7 reads “Deep calls to deep.” As you have come to know Jesus and walk with him, perhaps you have heard the call to deeper, fuller living. The classical spiritual practices of the Christian life are the tools God has given us to help us move beyond surface living into the depths. God intends these practices of the spiritual life to be for ordinary human beings: people who have jobs, who care for children, who wash dishes and mow lawns. Join us as we learn what they are and how to exercise the in the context of our relationships and everyday lives.
Part I: The Faithful: Heroes of the Old Testament

Women’s Group // Room 117 // Pastor Regina Gonzalez
We will explore pivotal moments in the lives of five heroes of our faith. Through their stories, we will discover how God uses the lives of ordinary people for His glory and the good of His people.

IF I KNOW WHO I AM,

I’LL KNOW WHAT TO DO
Men’s Group // Room 120 // Shannon Thrasher
Our culture is suffering from a collective identity crisis—no one knows who they are. But in His word, the God who created us, reveals himself to us and teaches us who he intends us to be.  Join us as we dive into the truth of God’s word to discover who God has made us to be in Christ, so we can live out His purpose for us on this earth.

A LIFELONG LOVE
Married and Engaged Couples // Room 106 // David and Anabelle Voyles
Couples often settle for too little when it comes to marriage. We fail to understand how deeply God cares about our spouse and diminish our need to not only understand what biblical love really is, but also to become a people who excel at it. We let ourselves drift apart instead of making the daily choices to grow closer together. Whether you’re engaged and want to enter marriage with the right outlook, or you want to strengthen your existing marriage, this video-based group study will give you the perspective and tools you need to grow. Together, we will learn to navigate the power shifts and seasonal mine fields that blow up so many marriages so that you can grow in your love instead of in your disappointment.

Navigating Finances God’s Way

Combined Group // Room 109 // Jeff & Karen Earheart

Amazingly the Bible has 2,350 verses dealing with money and possessions, and 15 percent of everything Jesus said had to do with it. Join us for this video small-group study as we learn God’s perspective of managing money and possessions. We will discuss the practical applications of handling finances and really get to the heart of the matter. Navigating Your Finances is for everyone—single or married, young or old, whether you earn a lot or a little.

Living Free: Concerned Persons

Combined Group // Prayer Chapel // Traci Southerland

Are you concerned about someone close to you? Perhaps you have a loved one with a life-controlling problem and you want more than anything to fix it, to help that special person. Life-controlling problems are not limited to substance abuse or gambling or pornography. They could be any behavior or relationship that has become a controlling force in their life. In this group. We will learn how to navigate the difficulties that come along with caring for those with life-controlling problems, how to focus on Christ and not the problem, how to allow Christ to shape us, and how to rely on one another as the community of believers.
